These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Bizzgyaan Private Limited ("GSTIVITY") governing your use of the GSTIVITY platform. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & account
You must be 18+ and legally competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Nature of service — not legal advice
GSTIVITY is a research, drafting and workflow tool for tax professionals. Outputs (including AI-generated drafts, summaries, citations and calculations) are informational aids only and do not constitute legal, tax or professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying and approving any output before filing or relying on it. GSTIVITY is not a law firm and does not create an attorney–client relationship.
3. Subscription & payment
Paid access is offered at ₹5,000 + 18% GST (₹5,900) for one year, billed via Razorpay. Subscriptions begin on the date access is granted by the administrator and expire on the validity date shown in your account. Trial access, when granted, is time-limited and may be revoked at our discretion.
4. Refunds
Given the digital-goods nature of the Service and the immediate provisioning of access, subscription fees are non-refundable once access is activated, except where required by law or where the Service has been materially unavailable for a sustained period attributable solely to us. Requests must be sent to bizzgyaan@gmail.com within 7 days of payment.
5. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, defamatory, infringing or malicious content.
- No attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, resell or share your account.
- No uploading of data you are not authorised to process.
- No use of the Service to circumvent statutory or professional obligations.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its interfaces, code, prompts, and branding are owned by Bizzgyaan Private Limited. You retain ownership of the work-product data you input. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs solely to operate the Service on your behalf.
7. AI outputs
AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. You must independently verify statutory references, case citations, numerical computations and procedural requirements before use.
8. Confidentiality
We enforce multi-tenant isolation via row-level security. Your matter data is not visible to other users or accessed by our staff except as strictly necessary for support and only with your consent or as required by law.
9. Availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance may be undertaken with prior notice where feasible.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, breach of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may terminate at any time by writing to us; residual data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hisar, Haryanashall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 seated at Hisar for disputes exceeding ₹5,00,000.
