1. Digital service
GSTIVITY is a digital subscription service. Access is provisioned immediately upon administrator approval following payment confirmation from Razorpay.
2. No-refund default
Because the Service is a non-tangible, irrevocable digital good, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access has been activated.
3. Exceptions
- Duplicate payment: refunded in full to the source instrument.
- Failure to provision access within 7 working days of successful payment: full refund.
- Sustained unavailability of the Service exclusively attributable to us for more than 15 consecutive days: pro-rata refund.
4. How to request
Email bizzgyaan@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction with your registered email, order reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel auto-renewal (where applicable) or discontinue use at any time. Access continues until the current validity date; no partial refund is issued for the unused portion outside the exceptions above.
